Rescheduling and cancellation

Free to reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session. Inside 24 hours the session is charged in full. Use the link in your confirmation email to move or cancel a session. When you cancel in time, the refund goes back to your card automatically; banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.

Your health

Massage therapy supports wellbeing. It is not a substitute for medical care, and Kalie does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Please tell her before your session about any health conditions, injuries, surgeries, medications or pregnancy. If you are unwell or contagious, reschedule; there is no charge when you let Kalie know.

Professional conduct

Sessions are professional, therapeutic massage. Draping is used at all times. Kalie may end a session, without refund, for inappropriate behavior. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian present.

Privacy

Booking collects your name, email, mobile number and time zone. Health details go only on the intake form you fill in for Kalie, never on this website. Payments are handled by Stripe; Kalie never sees your card number. Your information is not sold or shared.
